This program combines cutting-edge curriculum with paid work experience; it integrates highly sought-after business principles and best practices of world-class manufacturers. it is more than a job; it is a pathway to a successful career.

APPLY TODAY

During the two-year program, students will earn a competitive wage for hours worked at their sponsor company, and with planning this should allow them to cover all education expenses.

There are also grants, scholarships and other financial aid tools that students may qualify for to assist with tuition and fees.  At program completion, students may be offered a full-time job with their sponsor company.

FAME students stand above other applicants because they are equipped with the needed skills, experience and professional behaviors sought by modern manufacturing facilities.

Bossier Parish Community College offers the FAME Advanced Manufacturing Technician (AMT) program.  Earn money while you attend classes; gain valuable experience; start your career–and you could graduate debt free!
