If you will be teaching FAME students in the summer of 2025 and have not yet attended MCE 1: Safety Culture and MCE 3: Principles of Lean Manufacturing training, then this training is mandatory! If you completed training for these MCEs last year, you are not required to retake the trainings, but do consider that additional supplemental materials will be available, and a refresher is always helpful. Additionally, if it has been more than three years since you last attended MCE training, you are encouraged to attend, as materials have been updated. Employers are also encouraged to send representatives to become more familiar with the program and supplement their knowledge on these topics as well.
