Paul Czarapata, President of the Kentucky Community and Technical College System, gives his thoughts on the KCTCS and the FAME program:

“We’re really proud of our Kentucky FAME program; that is the reason we were able to get that training facility in Hardin County. Ford looked at what we’ve done with Toyota, and what we’ve done with others and said, ’This really works.’ We’re proud of it. There are 103 member companies in KY FAME, with more than 60 employee sponsors and 11 chapters across the state. Our graduates work for more than 400 advanced-manufacturing partners.”
